A single photo has been released of the brand new 2012 Honda Pilot.
And we have to admit, we're a little underwhelmed. Thankfully, it's sporting a new grille up front, and there's whispers of a new transmission (nothing confirmed), but other than that, the Pilot seems disappointingly the same. Honda claims the new Pilot will deliver the highest fuel economy available in its class, without mention of transmission or engine trims for 2012.
Also new for the Pilot this coming year is a revised instrument panel, upgraded materials inside and a new button layout for the centre stack (blissfully). A newly upgraded audio system will also be featured along with an available nav system. And for all you Mocha Metallic colour lovers, unfortunately that paint will no longer be offered and will instead be replaced by Dark Amber Metallic.
With only one photo taken at an angle we really can't tell much from, it's a bit hard to say we're excited about the 2012 Honda Pilot, but at least we'll admit we're intrigued to see the real deal.
