Jetta Hybrid: $25,790 :Standard equipment includes 15-inch aluminum wheels, power heated side mirrors, automatic climate control, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and Bluetooth
Jetta Hybrid SE: $27,785 SE trim adds LED taillights, power-reclining front seats, touch-screen audio display, and keyless access with pushbutton start
Jetta Hybrid SEL: $30,120 SEL trim adds a sunroof, 16-inch aluminum wheels, touch-screen navigation, heated front seats and windshield-washer nozzles, and a six-way power driver’s seat
Jetta Hybrid SEL Premium: $31,975
SEL Premium trim adds adaptive bi-xenon headlights with LED running lights, 17-inch aluminum wheels, fog lights, Fender premium audio system, and a backup camera
In terms of other hybrid cars, the Jetta is about mid-pack for its size and performance. The 2013 Honda Insight, 2012 Toyota Prius C, 2012 Honda CR-Z, 2012 Toyota Prius, and 2012 Honda Civic hybrids all undercut the Jetta’s entry price. The Civic is closest to the Jetta in both price and size — at $24,990, the Honda hybrid is only marginally cheaper than the Volkswagen.
