2012 Toyota Venza Receives New Trim Level Strategy

The 2012 Toyota Venza will fall in line with the rest of Toyota’s lineup by employing a model strategy that includes LE, XLE, and Limited trims. At its launch, the uniquely styled Venza was offered in one variant with a long list of a la carte options.

The LE and XLE will be offered with both the 2.7-liter, four-cylinder engine (182 hp and 182 lb-ft of torque) and the 3.5-liter V-6 (268 hp and 246 lb-ft). Both models can be had with front or all-wheel drive. The Limited is offered with only the V-6 in either front wheel or all-wheel drive configuration.

In terms of packaging, the LE will come standard with cloth seats, satellite radio, Bluetooth connectivity (that includes both phone and streaming audio), six speakers and power adjustable driver seat. The optional Convenience Package adds a power liftgate and back-up camera, while the Preferred Package adds a panorama roof.

The XLE adds leather seats, a power adjustable passenger seat, heated seats, faux-wood trim, Smart Key, and the power liftgate/back-up camera combo. Options include a Premium Package (pano roof with JBL sound system) and a Navigation Package (voice-activated, touch screen navigation, JBL sound, and back up camera).

Last but not least, the Limited includes the XLE’s Navigation Package plus high-intensity discharge (HID) headlights and automatic high beams.

The 2012 Venza will start arriving at dealers this fall.
