The new Peugeot 3008 Hybrid4 is now on the market and available for pre-order.
The first full diesel hybrid light duty passenger vehicle is available in two versions: a 99g/km CO2 version and a 104g/km CO2 version, after the limited edition model sold out.
At the heart of the new Peugeot 3008 Hybrid 4 is a 2.0litre HDI FAP 120kW/163bhp diesel engine with a rear-axle-mounted electric motor that has a maximum output of 27kW/37bhp. According to Peugeot the choice of diesel engines is based on the vehicle’s fuel consumption, reduced CO2 emissions and the inclusion of the French carmaker’s latest stop and start technology.
In addition, the 3008 Hybrid4 comes with four-wheel drive; an all-electric ZEV mode; and a maximum power output of 200bhp.
